A Town Hall meeting will be held on Sunday April 7th to answer as many questions as possible and next steps. All questions must be in writing and sent in advance, if possible, to passactiongroup2022@gmail.com.
January 31, 2024, 1:30 PM - Hearing in Riverside Superior Court
As you may know, our court hearing that was scheduled for November 17, 2023, was "continued" by the Court. In other words, delayed. No specific reason was given at the time. None of the parties in the case asked for this continuance.
The new hearing date and time are January 31, 2024 at 1:30 PM in Riverside Superior Court. As previously happened, there is always a chance for another continuance.
June 25, 2023 - Town Hall Meeting
You may have received a flyer with an incorrect date regarding a Town Hall Meeting. The CORRECT DATE is JUNE 25, 2023 AT 4:00 PM.
There will be a Town Hall Meeting on June 25,, 2023 at 4:00 PM in the Sun Lakes Country Club Ballroom. An update on our Court case and upcoming fundraisers will be discussed.
You will learn that a new Judge has been assigned, the appeal process (win or lose), and details of our financial picture.

The Sun Lakes Lifestyles magazine will have an insert noting our next Town Hall, additional information about our case, upcoming events, and fundraising.
September 18, 2022, 5:00 PM – Sun Lakes Ballroom
The P.A.G. will be hosting a “MEET YOUR LAWYER” Town Hall. Our lawyer, Kevin Bundy, will be presenting a video presentation of where we are in the case and what to expect as we move forward. This
meeting will be open to all supporters.

Watch for the Sun Lakes yard/garage sales as some Districts will be donating proceeds to the P.A.G.

The P.A.G. will be hosting a social event at the Sun Lakes North Clubhouse as a fundraiser and community event. Stay tuned for more information.June 5, 2022
The PAG held an open town hall on Sunday June 5, 2022, at 2:00 pm in the Sun Lakes Ballroom.
(UPDATE, This Event has been canceled) June 16, 2022 - The PAG will begin a campaign of canvassing Sun Lakes for the purpose of disseminating information and fundraising requests. Interested volunteers please contact Don Day @ 951-392-4029.
June 20, 2022 – The PAG has a scheduled meeting with the Judge assigned to our case. Currently, the Judge assigned is the Honorable Judge Craig Reiner.
