UPCOMING EVENT: Pass Action Group Town Hall – 09/18/22 5:00 PM in the Sun
Lakes Ballroom
The Town Hall on September 18, MCH at 5 pm, hosted by the P.A.G., will feature
“Meet Your Lawyer” Kevin Bundy. Our attorney will provide a video presentation
of where we are in our case and what to expect as we move forward. This is a don’t miss opportunity
to be informed of the facts and expected timeline of our case against the City of Banning and the developers.
First and foremost, we want to THANK the hundreds of donors who have kept the P.A.G. humming and buzzing throughout this endeavor to STOP the Banning Point Warehouse project. We would be dead in the water if not for the continued generosity and support of everyone who has graciously donated to our cause.
Remember that “It takes a Community to Save a Community!” The fight to save the integrity of the Highland Springs/First street area is ongoing and we do rely on donations to pay the legal bills other necessary expenses that are incurred as we move forward with our lawsuit. The P.A.G. is composed of volunteers diligently working towards the end goal to STOP the construction of a warehouse on Sun
Lakes Blvd.
Please keep your eyes out for the P.A.G.’s Banner project that will be posted at every gate in Sun Lakes. The Sun Lakes Board has granted us approval to post banners that will reflect what the proposed warehouse will look like with the verbiage of:

The recent appointment of the City Council Representative for District 2 has been made. Rick Minjares will replace former Mayor Pingree in that district. There will be a special election to fill the vacancy for District 3 on December 13, 2022, to fill the position vacated by Mary Hamlin’s resignation. More details will be sent out as we receive them.
We will keep everyone informed on anything that the City of Banning does that may impact our community.
